Initiate Your Request

Log into your Nass account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the gear remains in premium condition during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your sports gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
